Please fill the following form and send by mail. Registration fees can be paid only by bank transfer* (before the Symposium). Please kindly send copies of the documents indicating the bank transfer of your registration fee.

* Registration fee is for the three meetings (Networking:Biyomedtek 2008; AFİNİTE 2008 ve BİOMED 2008) which will be held on May 3-7, 2008 at Maritim-Hotel Grand Azur, Marmaris-Muğla Turkey, and does not cover accomodation and meals.

Cancellation of Registration

Registration fees will be refunded (20 Euro less for handling charge) if written notice of cancellation is received before April 25, 2008.
