Dear Colleagues,

Biomedical Science and Technology Symposium (BIOMED) aims to bring scientists and experts from universities, R&D institutions and industry working on this rapidly expending and fascinating field in order to create a suitable atmosphere to exchange the existing knowledge; to discuss (possibly to share) futuristic ideas; and to create collaborations among different parties. These science days were started by Hacettepe University in 1994, are continued with collaboration of other universities for 13 years.

The 14^th Biomedical Science and Technology Symposium will be organized by Muğla University in collaboration with Hacettepe University (Bioengineering Department and Bioengineering Research and Application Center), and BİYOMEDTEK on May 3-7, 2008, at Maritim-Hotel Grand Azur, Marmaris, Muğla, Turkey.

We would be very much appreciated for your active participation to this exiting and fruitful meeting, which will be organized in an excellent atmosphere in one of the most beautiful parts of Turkey.
