Accommodation

Please note the BIOMED 2008 will be held at MARITIM HOTEL GRAND AZUR in Marmaris, Mugla.

Single room: 130 Euro/person

Double room: 90 Euro/person

The accommodation fee includes breakfast, lunch and ala carte dinner (two glasses of soft drinks and two bottles of alcoholic drinks in each meal).

**: If the payment of participation will be paid in YTL account, the EURO-YTL parity of the Central Bank at the date of payment has to be considered.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

·                Participants, who will stay at the symposium hotel, from Turkish Universities and Research Institutions will be supported partly (up to 40% of total acomodation) from the organizer’s projects.

·                Participants who are staying not in the hotel will be allowed to participate the meeting (including coffeee breaks and lunch, and using hotel facilities during daytime) will pay 25 YTL per day

In order to confirm their hotel reservations, all of the participants should be mailed accommodation forms as attachment to the the following e-mail address: biomed2008@mu.edu.tr

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE:

In order to have a room at Maritim-Hotel Grand Azur, participants MUST make their reservations before March 31, 2008. After this deadline, participants may stay in this hotel if there is there is a room available.
